At Gilhooley and Rowse no job is to big or small for our team of talented trades men. We Specalise in flooring, Stud Partitions and Attic Conversions. All insuarnce work undertaken for water damaged floors. Wet and dry rot floors and joists treated or replaced as necessary, we can supply only or we can supply and fit a number of different styles of laminated or hard wood flooring


Stud Partitions

We cater for all types of stud partitions:

  • Timber framed studs finished with plasterboard
  • Metal framed studs finished with plasterboard
  • Doors and door standards supplied and fitted


    • Attic Conversions

    If you are thinking of converting your attic then Gilhooley and Rowse are the company for you, from dormer windows, to velux windows we do them all. We can supply and fit new stair ways and all timber work amd insulation work can be carried out buy ourselves. We can supply the services of architects and structural engineers if required
